SILKA and its parent company New World Developments (NWD) are celebrating 30 years of fenestration innovation. Founded in June 1995 by Austin McGillian, the company has evolved from manufacturing PVC panels to pioneering high-performance composite doors, aluminium glazing solutions, and cutting-edge smart home technology.

At the heart of this success is SILKA, NWD’s most advanced, design-led and exclusively aluminium range to date – and a reflection of three decades of expertise at the forefront of the glazing industry.
